Together with some other young designers, I was invited for a three month intensive workshop to design new products for the porcelain brand VISTA ALEGRE and the crystal-glass manufacturer ATLANTIS in Portugal.
The candleholder refers to the beautiful shapes of porcelain-transformers which were produced by VISTA ALEGRE in the past century.
My goal was to generate 3 different shapes which can be stackt in various ways – to create several characters of candleholders.
